This pic was from the moment I realized I need to take a journey into my own healing. It began when I slowed down the footage of a time lapse video of myself painting in April 2020. I seriously did not recognize who that person was staring back at me - I knew right then that my mind , body and my spirit needed to be healed.
I needed to get a creative idea to heal my mind Body and spirt And thus - a different kind of creative journey began.
